Who We Are

Grazerback Charcuterie Co was born out of Christina’s lifelong passion for food, education, and creativity. With a background in dietetics and nutrition education, Christina has always believed that food is not only nourishment but also a way to bring people together. As the culinary teacher at her local high school, she loves inspiring students to explore flavor, presentation, and the joy of sharing good food. Grazerback Charcuterie is an extension of that same philosophy — combining her knowledge of balanced eating with her eye for beautiful, handcrafted spreads. The name “Grazerback” proudly pays homage to our beloved Arkansas Razorbacks, celebrating local pride and southern hospitality with every board served.
