Welcome to Grazerback Charcuterie Co., Arkansas’s premier mobile charcuterie cart bringing flavor, fun, and style to your events! From weddings and showers to social gatherings and corporate celebrations, we roll in with beautifully curated spreads of meats, cheeses, fruits, and other fresh bites that guests can’t resist. Our mission is to make every occasion memorable with a grazing experience that’s as delicious as it is beautiful.
Our Services
Option 1: Single serving board - $15 per person - includes a one trip loaded charcuterie board
Option 2: Bottomless Charcuterie - $25 per person - includes bottomless charcuterie (unlimited trips)
Option 3: $7-$12 each - Charcuterie cups - 12oz cup curated with your selections (price varies based on selections) $150 setup/delivery will be included with this option.
Cart Service: Options 1 & 2 will include a $300 cart service: includes prep, travel, setup, tear down, 2 hours of service with 2 servers.
$100 per hour for additional cart service

Who we are
Grazerback Charcuterie Co was born out of Christina’s lifelong passion for food, education, and creativity. With a background in dietetics and nutrition education, Christina has always believed that food is not only nourishment but also a way to bring people together. As the culinary teacher at her local high school, she loves inspiring students to explore flavor, presentation, and the joy of sharing good food. Grazerback Charcuterie is an extension of that same philosophy — combining her knowledge of balanced eating with her eye for beautiful, handcrafted spreads. The name “Grazerback” proudly pays homage to our beloved Arkansas Razorbacks, celebrating local pride and southern hospitality with every board served.
